These reading materials will help my students expand their knowledge on Social Emotional topics and help them become aware of diversity and differences and similarities in others. We will be able to have good conversations about the stories and how to communicate our needs and wants as young people. Being remote last year really took a toll on my students. I want them to be confident and comfortable expressing themselves. We will use the variety of text in the classroom during Social Emotional Learning lessons. My students are our future.
