By using pop its (a popular toy among children) students will have an additional hands on resource to use to help them learn their basic facts in math. The pop its will be used as whole group when first starting a lesson as well as independently and with partners as they battle each other to increase their basic fact comprehension. These pop its will also be a great visual when learning about fractions and arrays throughout the year.
