Part of the school wide initiatives we have started using is PBIS. PBIS gives the teachers an opportunity to reward the students who are displaying and contributing to a positive school environment. It also helps the school determine areas that we would like to see improvement on. Students who need additional supports are then identified for more interventions that meet the needs of the individual student. The PBIS Store is where students are able to spend their "Pride Perks". These are the dollars they are awarded when teachers see them demonstrating behaviors in our PRIDE Matrix.
