The use of a kiln is very important in the final stages of making the students 3-Dimensional artwork. Our kiln right now will not fire hot enough to apply the glazes on their projects. Clay is one of the best material to use to teach the students about 3-dimensional art, texture, form and shape to name a few. With the chance students have to work from home, we can still bring the projects to school and fire them. This will give the students the feeling of completion and be able to show pride in their artwork.
