Since we are a new school we currently have no library. We hope to purchase many novels that will help our students to explore new worlds through a different lens. Since novels are the one of the most engaging and differentiated ELA content material for our student body, this is the best way to ensure that all students feel represented. I have found that student interest is highly linked to their ability to tackle more challenging ELA Georgia Standards. We want to model life-long learning for our readers and provide as many opportunities for student choice as possible. These novels will help us to provide countless possibilities for our students.
