These materials will allow me the opportunity to make my one-on-one and/or small group sessions with students more fun and individualized! Students always seem to be much more motivated and encouraged to work with fun activities and materials that help them forget we are working on specific improvements and goals. I use games and manipulatives in a variety of ways to target my students' goals which often include hand strengthening, fine motor skills, bilateral skills, letter recognition, handwriting, and more! Through sharing and collaboration with other teachers, these materials and activities can also promote beneficial whole group activities and social skills for students. Strengthening skills can be time consuming and frustrating for students, so I love to target their goals in the most fun and creative ways possible!
