By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student listening, speaking, and comprehension skills to increase their academic achievement. Audio recorder with audio books would help me to make a perfect listening center for the students. Many students in our school are ELL and listening to stories using earphones can help them practice for when they become tested to see how well they listen to a story, follow audio directions and comprehension. Audio books will also benefit these students with learning more words and their English. It will also given them the opporunity to follow and work on their own while learning something and the teacher can help in other centers. It would be easy for them to connect earphones, turn on recorder, and listen to someone while other centers are going on. After listening to story, students have the chance to discuss the story verbally or on paper depending the way the techer tells them. This project would be used at school.
