This project will help my school children feel reassured that all precautions are being taken to ensure their safety. The buddy pockets will help the children be organized, neat, and instill responsibility. Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, these chair organizers will assist children by giving them the social distance space they need by keeping their belongings separate from the rest of the class. My classroom is limited in space due to social distancing, so I have no extra room to store their school supplies. These buddy pockets will help alleviate the school supply cost and ensure safety protocols set forth by my district. The storage cart will also help us be organized.
