I need funding to participate in Breathe For Change. an important professional development opportunity that will certify me to teach inclusive, trauma-informed yoga classes to both adults and young people, and lead social-emotional learning and wellness experiences in my school, district, and community. Upon graduation, I will receive my 200 hour yoga certification with specialty training in working with children and other educators, as well as a B4C Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL*F) certification, which qualifies me to lead SEL, mindfulness, and wellness workshops and programs for young people and adults.
