Our school is again fully open to students in uncertain times. Months ago, I thought we would begin the 2021-22 school year with assurances of low COVID transmission rates, high vaccination rates, and health security on campus. Today, unfortunately, this is not the case for students 11 and under and those who attend school with them. The Delta variant of COVID-19 adds a degree of unpredictability to campus health. School will now be near capacity with fewer regulations (classroom caps, student cohorts, distancing) than last spring. Only the highest quality personal protective equipment (PPE) keeps our classrooms and school community safe. This project aims to give students choices in high quality PPE.
