I teach at an urban HIGH Poverty and High Achievement Public school in New Orleans and a majority of my students are on a free lunch program. We need to prepare my students for the 21st century. Teaching them how to use computers and be well versed in using computers is very important for me as a teacher. I want to find resources to make them feel successful. We are requesting materials for technology like Elements Portable External Hard Drive where their writing journals will be stored. They will be using these basic technology supplies to store and access data from computers, do research in centers. Technology usage is a must for their being successful. Much of their academic studies depend on them being well versed in the usage of technology. My parents are very supportive but they are themselves struggling as the Covid surges and they are essential workers handing two or more jobs at a time. Your kind support will help my students have a fruitful and rewarding year.
