My Kindergarteners are excited to experience their first year of a true academic learning environment. My classroom consists of general education, special education, and English language learning students. My students require a variety of tools and resources to make this foundational school year as successful as it can be for their individual learning experiences. They need flexible seating options that allow them to move, squirm, be comfortable, and stay focused on the task at hand. They need books that mirror the diversity of our classroom, our school, and our district. They need fidgets that help their hands and bodies release stress so that their minds can stay focused on learning. These tools are just some of the things that will help my students in the classroom this year.
