These materials will support the differing needs of my students and will allow them to experience success in the classroom. I strive to create an environment that leaves each student feeling as if they are seen and heard by putting place the tools each needs to focus on their work. For example, several of my students find it a challenge to sit for longer periods and would benefit greatly from having chair bands. Providing these students with a chair band allows them to move their bodies without disrupting learning for other students. As they pass from one class to another, placing them in each of their general education classrooms provides them with them same support through their day. Each student needs at least 4 of these - one for each classroom they spend time in during the school day.
