This project is about using action based learning equipment to improve academic performance. I would like create an environment that help students to enjoy their learning process. Students need an environment that invites learning and is based on their interest and learning needs and so I seek to create that outlet that is stress free and simultaneously drives learning through purposeful movement. The exercise cycle and pop it will be integrated in lessons to manage behavior, stimulate learning and maintain focus throughout the entire lessons. My students learn best when given the opportunity to be their true authentic self.
