My students are looking forward that upon graduation they will find an appropriate programs and jobs that meet their needs. The skills that I am looking to teach my students are following directions within a work setting, problem solving, recognizing items, asking for a break, navigating through a public space, counting money, balancing/ budgeting money and working in collaboration with their peers (future co-workers). Through this Café, my students will be able to carry over functional skills to the home setting as well as job settings they will receive in their future, post graduation.

About my class
