The goal of this project is to create a warm and welcoming environment for my students as they return from virtual learning. This reclaimed wood themed classroom decor will highlight a calm and sensory-friendly space for my students to grow and learn. From creating an at-home space for morning meetings to promoting a growth mindset, these materials will benefit my students. As I enter my second year of teaching, it will be my first year teaching in person. I would like to provide my students with the proper supplies and classroom decor that will help them grow and thrive. As students re-enter the building and my classroom, I want to make them feel comfortable and calm with this bundle of supplies as we adjust to in-person learning.
