The materials I am requesting are going to be used daily by my students to help them get a hands-on experience. It is proven that people learn best by doing/making and using more then one modality. The materials I'm requesting will give my students the hands-on experiences they need. My students will use the magnetic letters to build words, sort vowels from consonants and much more. When children have to opportunity to get involved with hands-on activities, they become engaged in their learning. By donating to my classroom project, you will be helping my students become active learners and increase their engagement time.
