This project will help our students to use this product to sell items in our coffee shop. We currently have only one working mixer. Adding another mixer will help our program to run more effectively and smoothly. This will allow our Culinary students to work in different groups to create separate food items. Following and creating recipes is our top mission thus creating self esteem and independence as they work. Our coffee shop experience allows students to get on the job training while on the campus working with the student body.

About my class
