If there's one thing I've learned, it's that each child learns differently. I'm excited to look at different lesson plans - different ways to teach - and these materials give me a wider palette to reach every child by using multiple approaches and assignments and assessments. I have students studying for AP Literature and Language exams - these will help get them college credit for their English class - and they need these materials to help them broaden their points of view. For my non-AP students, the more videos, music, and artwork I can use alongside traditional materials, the more my Emerging Bilingual students, for example, can make connections between the world we live in and the worlds of literature we're reading!
