We all need a place that helps us calm down and feel safe. Many of us have experienced trauma in the last two years. I would love to provide a space for students and teachers to go to in our school to help them center themselves before returning to their classroom. It is important for students and staff members to nurture their emotional needs, in order to grow academically. I would like to add items to the room that assist students and teachers with meeting their sensory needs. Please help me provide this safe place at GME.
