8th graders often find that classical literature is archaic and uninteresting. We as English Language Arts teachers are determined to change that! Our students at Teague Middle School will be returning to campus after a long period of time attending virtual classes from home. We are excited about introducing "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and the magic of classical literature. Because our school serves a majority of students that are socioeconomically impacted, it would be difficult for the families we serve to purchase these novels on their own. Please consider donating to our cause, help us help our youth maintain a love and deep appreciation of classical literature and the arts.
