Using the power of book clubs to bring enjoyment to reading and writing! I want the students to read powerful and entertaining books in groups and gain the love of reading from my classroom! Books are seem as boring by students so I want to bring the joy of reading to them by making them fun again! Books that have representation of the students ethnicity/race are the one's I am typically going for because I want the students to see themselves in their books. The lack of representation is the reason students do not like to read!
