My students will greatly benefit from headphones in the classroom. We use chrome books to work on our assignments, some of those assignments include videos to watch or read-alouds. Without the headphones, it's very difficult to focus on our work because of all the surrounding noise! This would help my students concentrate on their work and be able to better understand what information is being presented to them. Students will be less distracted by their neighbor and be able to truly listen to their assignments. All which helps with learning!
