The students will learn new materials in the course to help them discover the mediums they want to use and learn more of. Using printmaking they will develop their drawing skills, ideas and processes along with carving techniques. They will learn to think about their art before they start their project. They will learn how to develop ideas to find the right imagery. Then they will develop their skills through the process of carving, and using a printing press to see the outcome of their hard work.It is important each student sees art takes time and effort.
