The items purchased for the classroom will be used to help the students learn the time management skills they need to be successful in school and in life. The essential items such as paper, pencils, highlighters will be used to help the students learn effective note-taking skills and how to identify important keywords when reading information. All homework passes received will be used as incentives to encourage students to actively participate in assignments created in the classroom, at home, and other school activities. Finally, the succulents purchased will not only be used to brighten the classroom, but the students will also learn how delicate the earth is by learning the cause and effects of not properly caring for the climate. They will also learn the roles that plants play in preventing global warming and creating the air we breathe.
