In our photography classes, the goal is to take and edit as many pictures as possible to help students learn and apply their learning through practice. Right now, we have several students to a camera but more cameras means more practice and ultimately better photographers! A few favorite projects include taking a "portrait" of the school, freezing and blurring motion, making "dreamscapes" and swapping faces using Adobe Photoshop, and learning about and practicing composition techniques. By having more cameras, it will allow our classes to take more photographs and create more projects that will help them as photographers now and in the future.

About my class
