These reading resources will help boost comprehension skills and fluency that is needed to turn struggling readers into proficient readers! Students need extra support through high quality lessons and materials. If my project is fully funded I will use these high quality materials to meet the needs of my struggling students through RTI and tutoring. These items would help my students achieve skills, such as using context clues, deepening their vocabulary, finding evidence and details. These are all comprehension skills they need to be successful. These skills are something they will carry with them throughout the rest of their lives, so it is important that we close these gaps now.
