This project will help create a safe learning space for my students with autism! The flexible seating options and sensory beads will be a great start to help encourage self-regulation while in my room! Self-regulation is a huge part of the day for a child with autism. For them to have a safe space at school to this would mean the world for my students. I will be continuing to search and find materials to make my classroom a calming environment for my students. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement!
