This printer will allow for my students to have their own resources. I currently do not have the ability to make a enough prints for all of my students to have their own copy of every assignment. I make a class set, and all of my classes share them. This makes it hard for the kids, because if they do not finish an activity they are limited to class time to finish it. This can put some students further behind because they cannot catch up on their work during free time. In other words, the learning has to stop when they walk out my door. Even if a student has finished an assignment during class time, it may not be their best work since they rush to get through it so it can be completed during the class. A printer would give my kids the ability to put their best work forward, even outside of my classroom!
