The students will benefit at all environments; in all classrooms and at home. The guides/manuals will help all teachers create vigor in the classroom for all students with all abilities. This will help the educators differentiate their classroom while paying close attention to student success. Parents and their child will be involved in the processes of implementing interventions. The process of involving educators, parents, caregivers, and students will allow the best opportunities for success. Parents will know and understand the RTI/PBIS systems and the interventions set in place; hence, a better chance for success at home and in the classroom. Our little school serves two small communities and families who are on the low end of the socioeconomic scale; hence, many lack the supports needed to succeed academically. This will help teachers succeed as educators, students succeed as learners now and forever.
