Giving preschool-aged children access to a variety of hands-on learning experiences can create a love of learning that will last a lifetime. Having a wide variety of literacy experiences sparks interest and imagination. Exposure to language and high-frequency words each day helps to build vocabulary for our youngest learners. Keeping a mix of books rotating through our library creates excitement and interest. Access to hands-on materials will help build strength in their hands and fingers which are preparing their hands for writing in future grades. Thank you for your support of our sweet VPK classroom.
