My students are generally low interest readers, and are usually at the lower level of the reading scale. My greatest desire is to get them age appropriate, high interest level books to motivate my awesome students to read. Also to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where they feel comfortable to read. My desire is to create a Reading Corner and to acquire all the resources needed to make it motivational and interesting. The cushions will provide some comfort for students, the rug to give them a safe space, great books to read and awesome posters to motivate.
