Included in this project are a series of social-emotional books that will help students understand their emotions and help to manage their frustrations. Students that are emotionally intelligent are physically healthier, do better in school, and get along better with friends. My goal is to help students gain these skills in their primary years that will support their success as they progress through their education. There are also flexible seating options, visual timers, and literacy activities that will enhance independence for students with Autism and those diagnosed with learning disabilities.

About my class
