Both the books and the headphones will provide my students the opportunity to engage deeper into their books or podcasts. The headphones will allow the students to listen to books aloud during class or podcasts where they will be able to apply their comprehension skills. The books that I have chosen are books that are hitting engaging and important topics. This will help students get excited about reading and want to come back for more. As a literacy teacher, it is my job to ignite passion of reading in my students and I believe the best way to do this is to have options of books that are both engaging and hit on topics that they are passionate about.

About my class
