All of these items will provide a safe, loving home away from home for many students regardless of where they come from. It is my desire to make my classroom feel more inviting in hopes that my kiddos will be able to feel comfort from day one. The classroom rug is for our reading area so the children can sit and read a favorite book. The Echo will help with focus and provide soft instrumental music while working. The privacy screens will be available and optional for kiddos when needed to focus on their assigned task The recess equipment will allow more outdoor play which is just as important for social/emotional growth as to what they learn in the classroom.
