After a survey went out to students in grades 4-7, Track and Field just became an established sport at our school as a lot of interest was shown in this sport. This material will help our athletes on and off the field. It will help on the field by being able to better themselves in high jump, and it will help off the field by keeping a goal of maintaining good grades in order to participate in extra curriculum activities. Being able to educate students on the importance of sports and extra curriculum activities can help with overall confidence, determination, and setting goals for themselves.

About my class
