Coaching with heart and passion is important, but having the necessary equipment is important too. The ladders and hurdles will help me work on coordination, agility, strength, and conditioning through the implementation of fun activities and exercises. The volleyballs, soccer goals, and soccer balls will expose students to team sports and can spark a lifelong interest in sports and create memorable relationships among peers. Although this year will be difficult as well, It is my mission to re-spark the fire and motivate all students to get active after a very difficult year at home for most. Your support will help me create an environment where they look forward to engaging in physical activity and taking steps daily toward better health!
