The classroom rug will be used on a daily basis for my 1st grade students. It is important to have a welcoming and comfortable learning environment for students to grow. This rug will serve many purposes for my students in their learning. This rug will allow my students to spread out and feel comfortable listening to class Read Alouds. The rug is also going to be used for our Social Emotional Lessons (SEL's) which is a lesson we complete on a daily basis around the carpet. Calendar Time is also another way we will use the rug. Circle time is also how we will use the rug.
