Centers are an important part of everyday learning. Centers are an extension of learning that allow the students to explore and be creative. Play is a very important part of the learning process. It allows the students to use their imagination and explore and learn. At the Pre-K level students are introduced to the ABCs and they begin to learn their numbers which they can exercise in the Listening and Magnetic Centers. With the Sing-Along and Read Along Centers they are also introduced to books and imaginative play. Some students do not have access to such things at home which is why to have them in the classroom is so important.
