Our student population draws from a diverse socioeconomic environment, making a one size fits all physical education program inaccessible to some students. Through the use of technology, we can provide more varied instructional strategies to reach those students for whom a traditional curriculum does not work. Students will be able to research the biomechanics of physical movement and nutrition. They will share and present their learning with each other. The students will be able to come up with a plan for their health and wellness in order to reach their fullest potential.

About my class
