As a school counselor, it is essential to have a warm, welcoming, and bright space that allows my students to feel comfortable with meeting with me as their school counselor. These materials will create not just a beautiful office, but a space where students feel is theirs to explore. Students will utilize this space to meet with me as their counselor to complete social-emotional learning lessons, small groups, and one-on-one counseling. The items will allow them to feel empowered, inspired, and encouraged to unlock their greatest potential to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Having a space that empowers students while they are working with me creates an environment where growth is cultivated in the students that I engage with and build strong connections with. I want my office to be a space where inspiration radiates from every corner to let students know that they are welcome!
