In my classroom we work in collaborate groups and do many different types of labs and projects throughout the year. To help lessen students stress about supplies and materials needed I like to help provide many of the basics we need in the classroom. This year I hope to use these supplies to help my students draw connections, apply concepts, and design models that will help further their learning and understanding of topics learned throughout the class. I like to incorporate Interactive Notebooks into my lessons to help students process information, study, and review. This helps them become better critical thinkers and problem solvers when they are actively able to interact with content learned. These materials (Crayola crayons, markers, and colored pencils) will help students make their interactive notebooks their own which will ultimately further their understanding of the material we cover in class.
