My students love science, current events and reading non-fiction. By funding this project each of my students will be receiving a weekly issue of TIME Magazine. We will be reading these articles as a class and then students will be able to take the magazine home to continue to read and learn from and share the magazines and information with their families. This subscription will allow me to teach non-fiction reading skills, critical thinking and discussion skills, as well as global citizenship. This is engaging way for students to read and learn about the world.

About my class
