Research shows that children learn through play. I'm a huge believer that children learn when they are playing. My students would benefit from having a dramatic play area. It is especially important for them to have this in the classroom because it will also help them with social emotional skills and life skills. kids develop problem-solving skills and learn about sharing and cooperation. These are skills that they can use in Kindergarten and beyond. My students need everything that will amuse their minds such as a dramatic play area. As of right now, we don't have a kitchen set. This makes my students sad and they deserve to have everything they need to grow as kids and as members of society.
