Last year my students tried to record themselves on their student tablets. They struggled because the classroom was too loud (even though it was at a normal classroom volume). They would often go out into the hallway to record themselves which wasn't ideal or much better. While many students bring their own headphones, these will allow them to record themselves using the microphones! It will open my class to more technological use, and better prepare my students for their future in the 21st century. It is my hope that my students will feel comfortable recording and listening to themselves.
