Financial literacy is a hard concept for any student in grades K-4. Students who learn in a different way struggle even more. These kits will allow students the opportunity to have hands-on experience to practice a life skill. They will have the ability to purchase items, learn about money, practice addition and subtraction skills, as well most importantly practice social skills. All of these activities play a key role in developing skills that are essentials to my students preparing to be successful, independent adults. Oh, what fun they will shopping!
