When families already have to make choices between which bills get paid and putting food on the table school supplies often get put off in finances. However, in a reading and writing classroom it is essential that students have access to the school supplies they need to be successful. By helping buy supplies as well as organizational materials for the classroom you provide every student the ability to access their education and skills at an equal level, regardless of their economic situation. Students will be able to keep a journal, write short poems and stories, organize their thoughts, and express themselves.

About my class
