As most know, the state does not provide schools or teachers funds to provide items within the classroom. My wishlist includes items that will enhance our learning in the classroom. In Kindergarten, students learn how to read, write, and work with numbers up to 100. I use whiteboards for students to watch me write as well as for them to write as well. I use partitions for assessment use. Several manipulatives included in my wishlist are used in Kindergarten as a primary teaching resource. Five year olds experience a "play" environment while learning with the tools they are using. All help received is appreciated as it will be used for many years in my classroom.
