My students are intelligent and self motivating. Some of my classes enjoy getting the correct answer so much that at times they have told me "NO! Don't tell us the answer yet!" My students love to have fun and participate in class, especially when I use the whiteboards as a mini assessment or when learning new material. Many of my students come from successful families, yet still do not have the needed materials to succeed fully in a chemistry class. In my class, they know they must succeed even if it's with a little extra help.
