A new classroom library would foster my students' love for reading. There is a beauty to sitting at a class library, opening a book, turning each page, and letting a book be your travel ticket to your escape. After virtual learning, my students will enjoy the opportunity to physically hold a book once again and be transported to a different world and time all through the pages of a book. I've selected books that my students can enjoy, connect to, and find culturally relevant. I want my students to be able to see themselves in the books they read.

About my class
